Dance Arts Project will be closed March 16th until further notice.  We plan on returning to class as soon as it’s deemed safe for everyone!

As the Bay Area has been issued a shelter in place until April 7th, Dance Arts Project has made the difficult decision to temporarily close beginning Monday, March 16th. We want to keep our families and communities as safe and as healthy as possible.

This means...it’s a whole new world for dance class! In the coming weeks, classes at Dance Arts Project will be moving to an online format! We will be sending out information to our parents and students via email soon. Please stay tuned.

Rest assured, we’re looking forward to having our Big Show and celebrating our dance community being back in class together again!

Some Frequently Asked Questions:

Why take dance classes online? How do we tune in?

• All of you have invested time and money in our program, and we want all of our dancers to continue their training and strengthening as much as possible at home. This way, we can get right back to our usually scheduled classes as smoothly as possible!

• We know how important routines are for our students. Even though we can’t meet all of you in the studio, being able to connect and dance with our students will make everyone feel so much better.

• We’ve been working hard in the studio and we’re looking forward to offering on demand dance classes online very soon! Emails will be sent out to all of our parents with more information on how to join– please stand by! In the meantime, please check up on our Facebook & Instagram accounts for any new announcements.

• We need all of your support to continue our wonderful dance community and create a safe and happy space for our dancers. We love what we do, and we couldn’t do it without all of your support. Thank you.

What about the Big Show?

All of the costumes have been ordered, and the theater is booked! We’re still looking forward to rehearsing our dances and performing for all of you. Don’t worry, Miss Michaela has a Plan B, C, and D should the circumstances change. We’ve got this!
